As part of the QMS and the goal of continuous improvement, you need to manage the root cause and corrective action process.
Putting in place ways to check, test, and evaluate products and manufacturing equipment
Making sure that products meet standards for quality.
Putting together reports by gathering, analyzing, and summing up data.
