Job Description(Job Openings in L & T):

1.GIS Engineer (EDRC – WWW SBG)
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Geoinformatics / Equivalent from an accredited college. (Master’s degree in GIS/Remote Sensing will be added advantage)
- 2-4 years of experience in the GIS
Job Responsibilities
- Preparing GIS datasets, Maps, and database reports and supporting various projects.
- Analysing spatial data, creating dashboards, web applications and presentations.
- Developing mapping applications and tools.
- Producing technically skilled and detailed solutions in GIS for engineering.
- Give technical support to GIS users as required.
- Stay current with the latest advancements in GIS.
- Flexible to work anywhere in India if required
2. Technical Safety Lead
Position Overview: The Technical Safety Lead for Oil & Gas Projects is a key role responsible for ensuring the safety and integrity of all technical aspects within oil and gas projects. This position involves leading and coordinating safety-related activities throughout the project lifecycle, from concept development and design to construction, commissioning, and operations. The Technical Safety Lead will collaborate with various stakeholders, engineering teams, and regulatory bodies to establish and maintain the highest safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safety Management: Develop, implement, and maintain the project’s safety management system, ensuring it aligns with industry best practices and regulatory requirements. Establish safety goals and KPIs, and monitor the project’s safety performance continuously.
- Risk Assessments: Conduct comprehensive risk assessments, including hazard identification and consequence analysis, to evaluate potential safety risks associated with project activities, equipment, and facilities.
- Safety Engineering: Provide technical expertise in safety engineering, including safety instrumented systems (SIS), fire and gas detection systems, emergency shutdown systems (ESD), and other safety-critical aspects of the project.
3. DRAUGHTSMAN – CIVIL
Experience: 3-5 years, experience in Detailing of Civil and Structural Works in solar Power plant project, construction Industry, Oil and Gas.
Objective: The person shall be capable of handling the detailing engineering for Solar power plants like Mini Grid and Megawatt scales plants, roof top plants. The draft engineer shall design review the entire drawings for a project or a set of smaller projects including co-ordination with other disciplines viz., electrical, instrumentation and mechanical.
Draft Engineer shall work with a team of design engineers, lead engineers to create Detailing of engineering activities to deliver on time and maintaining a high quality of engineering drawings.
Technical Expertise:
- Design Engineer shall be capable of creating the detailing of engineering activities for civil & structural covering module mounting structure – Fixed/Tracker, Grading and Levelling, Foundation marking, control room buildings, transformer foundations, outdoor equipment foundations, inverter rooms, roads and drainage, outdoor steel structures and miscellaneous works related to the Solar power plant. Good knowledge in reading of the 2D drawings.
