CENTER IN CHARGE
ABOUT THIS JOB:
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in managing a Mobile Service Center
- Overall Center & call management from registration to closure.
- KPI Monitoring & Improvement followup
Handling Engineers, Customer Escalations and MIS reports. - Good communications skills in English and local language
FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER
- Minimum 2-4 yrs of experience in Printer Service, preferably Dot Matrix , Thermal Printer Support
- Knowledge of troubleshooting & repairing of Dot Matrix, Inkjet, LaserJet, Passbook printer etc.
- Willingness to work for Field Job / On Site Support
- Good Customer handling skills
ASSOCIATE – CALL CENTER
- Receive phones calls/email and provide excellent customer service in a timely and efficient way.
- Resolve problems efficiently and professionally by applying knowledge of software, applications and hardware.
- Problem analysis and resolve customer issues with the aid of available tools
- Communicate clearly and effectively to provide quality customer service
- Sell tele resolution as a service to the customer
- Mandate – Hindi Speaking , Preference will be given for candidate with Mulitilingual Skills.
FIELD ENGINEER
- Willingness to work in Field Job / On Site Support
- Good Customer handling skills
- 2 wheeler is a must
