Materials Coordinator

Job Description:

• Local parts planning & Inventory management
• Responsible for end to end co-ordination for domestic parts purchases.
• Accountable for Technical changes & Implementation.
• Responsible for Schedule releases / Revision of schedules / Pickup arrangement / Monitoring the GIT.
• Responsible for controlling the Premium freight.
• Responsible for monthly schedule release for local / NCR parts.
• Review the suppliers on daily basis & pull the parts as per the production plan pattern.
• Monitor the In-transit pipe line inventory for NCR parts on daily basis as per the safety stock norms.
• MPS & MRP run for all bought out parts.
• Responsible for BOM analysis and cogi clearance.
• Monitoring the procurement schedule releases vs actual pickup adherence.
• Controlling the Inventory with in the RMC & within defined DOH.
• Responsible for vendor reconciliation for all vendor.
• Responsible for maintaining the child parts as per the safety norms inside the plant.
• Resolving the supplier issues and ensure smooth supply.

• Good knowledge in Material planning & logistics.
• Good exposure to deal with Supplier.
• Candidate should have capability to control 400-child Parts with 20-Suppliers.
• Must have sheet metal parts knowledge / Experience.

Dispatch In-charge

• Prepare daily sales plan, tracking sales plan vs actual.
• Plan Control & Monitor effectively daily on time dispatches.
• Preparing Monthly & weekly plan and align with Manufacturing and Materials dept. for adherence.
• Maintain FG stock inventory as per customer requirement.
• Ensure deliveries to customers as per their plan and maintain zero backlogs.
• Vehicle Planning and avoid Premium frights.
• Highlighting Supply failure issues to Management
• Maintaining Min & Max Stock
• Updating stock status with FIFO follow-up as per batch code
• Release production plan according to customer’s plan
• Good knowledge in SAP
