Junior Engineer / Engineer – CAD
Fresher – B.E. Mechanical Engineer
Job Details :
Computer-Aided Design, or CAD
Using CAD software proficiently, define CAD models in 3D or 2D based on design requirements or CAD components provided by PTM RD/Design Leaders/Design Engineers.
Create 3D models that are consistent with mechanical, mechanical interference, clash/clearance, and plastic/mould limitations.
Define 2D drawings and be consistent with their layout, functional tolerances, and drawing guidelines.
accountable for the 2D/3D definition of his (or her) own component, part of component, good application of Branch CAD methodology principles, CAD models quality, CAD quality tools, check lists, and auto control.
responsible for designing local areas or handling minor technical specifications (Clip, locating, etc.).
Adopt and encourage good practise.
Verify and maintain all CAD information related to his or her project in the VLS Branch PDM/PLM systems.
By adhering to projects, he is accountable for the lead-time and costs of his duties (Efficiency and timing follow-up).
Experience Mechanical Engineer
Engineering: 5 years experience in a design office
CAD: strong knowledge of CATIA ,Experience in VBA macro Development, Powercopy, UDF Development
Create Tools
worldwide tool project management
Establish functional and technological requirements with the assistance of key users.
Create software in accordance with the development charter for BG Methods&Tools projects.
Use methods and tools development best practises (Serena Version Manager, Purify, coding rules)
overseeing subcontractors to meet project needs
Handle risks and corresponding action plans to deliver project outcomes on schedule.
Provide the validation plan, the administration manuals, and the training materials.
Give assistance
Help desk services for essential users with a QRQC mentality
Regularly distribute software updates (Quarter)
Revise validation plans in light of the lessons learned from the incidents that were documented in the ticketing database.
