Job Description :

Executing the technical training program for Operators for concrete Boom pumps, Batching plants, Excavators, Loaders and other concrete and construction equipment
Technical Training shall be conducted as OJT, classroom training and Factory assembly.
I was hand-holding the trainees at sites to carry out the training effectively.
Provide inputs from the field on region-specific training needs
Calling the trainees and technical institutes to mobilize the participants for these technical programs.
Extensive travelling will be involved to conduct the job Training
Upkeep and maintain records of the training documents.
Good working knowledge of MS PowerPoint, MS Excel sheets & MS Word documents is required to develop the training materials and modules.
Preparing the customer quotes and follow up on it
We are liaising with customers and inter-departments to fulfil their training requirements.
