Job Description :
1) Ensure Feed Section all equipment’s reliability & availability for Operation,
2) Preventive Maintenance of all Feed Section equipment’s (e.g. belt conveyors, dust collectors),
3) Properly maintain spare parts (e.g. Rotary feeder, spare Clinker, Gypsum & Wet Fly ash reversible belts, idlers),
4) Required modifications of conveyor’s chute and dust collector’s duct,
5) Proper planning for Maintenance and cleaning Manpower,
6) Ensure STP and Fire Hydrant related all equipment’s (e.g. Blowers, Pumps, valves) reliability & availability for Operation,
7) Ensure that all safety precaution are strictly adhere as per standard,
8) Knowledge of Cement mill maintenance.
9) Minimize spillage of loose material from belt conveyors.
