Job Description(Design Engineer Jobs 2023):
In this position, the candidate should have Knowledge / Min Experience in Mechanical Design Department. Also should have educational qualifications as per requirement. As well as Candidate should meet the company’s Expectations.
Providing inputs to different disciplines for various purposes.
Providing inputs to procurement process consisting of the preparation of material/ purchase requisitions (for bids, for ordering, for costing exercises, design specific QA/ QC requirements etc); conducting an evaluation of vendor bids including liquidating of TQs etc; conducting a review of vendor engineering deliverables (like data sheets, drawings etc) for Spring Hanger, Expansion joints etc.
Meet expectations for delivering sales support and on-site technical services to customers for existing units etc.
Responsible for preparing/ reviewing and/ or approving the following documents either created by an in-house engineering team or by a team from third-party agencies:
Project design basis (Flexibility Specification)
Critical Line list and Stress system demarcation
Stress Package/report preparation or review
