Desired Candidate Profile
• Proficient in 3D part & assembly modelling, including the Advanced Surfacing module in Creo.
- Experience with Engine Air & Fuel system components (or) flex pipes/bellows & air system components
- Good engineering background & design experience
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Work on concept designs with minimum guidance and support
- Organized, meticulous, and high level of attention to detail
- Familiar with Teamcenter or Equivalent PLM database

DESIGN – ENGINE COMPONENTS
ob Description
The Candidate Should have 3+ experience with Strong knowledge of engine components (Cylinder block , Cylinder head , Piston, Piston rod / Connecting rod , Crankshaft , Crankcase)
GD&T, production drawings, Engine BOM,
Ability to modify/Create 3D Cast models based on the proposal ICA, PCA etc,
Ability to do basic tolerance stack up by identifying the components and dimensions involved

Job Description :
- Specifications and mechanical design of equipment used in a cement plant for producing cement clinker, including calculations and documentation
- Defining requirements for new design products together with the Specialist Team
- Technical assistance to colleagues worldwide, suppliers and plant sites on time.
- Work in close collaboration with the Product Specialist and Chief Engineer.
- Design and support state of the art plant equipment, prepare necessary documentation covering from risk assessments, drawings, specifications, instructions and design manuals.
- Design, and prepare necessary calculations on equipment as well as on machinery parts.
- Prepare/Update design manuals to be used in projects
- Make technical drawings and 3D design work using SolidWorks
- Apply design judgements using the knowledge of Fits, Tolerances, Finish, Manufacturing methods and workshop practices.
- Deliver the best possible quality also when deadlines turn tough, and it takes serious persistence to get to the goal.
