Job Description :
- Planning of items to be procured to maintain stocking plan and to execute customer orders
- Prepare POs for Inventory items as per above
- Prepare POs for Capital items against requisitions approved by GM
- Maintaining of PO Register/PO files
- Follow up with Suppliers to ensure timely receipt
- Communicate weekly open PO status with suppliers
- Stocking plan maintenance
- Review the Orders/ schedules received from Customer.
- Ordering Plan preparation
- Maintain order/schedule wise Contract Review files containing copy of Schedule/PO
- Prepare shipment plan and Co-ordinate dispatch
- Monthly sales report Preparation
- OTDP maintenance
- Prepare ARE-1.
- Excise Intimation
- Proof of export for each month
- Summery of export for returns (Quarterly).
- Prepare Excise Invoice for manufactured items
- Preparation of RR/GSP/Item transfer in absence of store in charge.
- To screen suppliers using “OCR’ and to resolve the hits with the HOD SCM
