Job Description(HCL Walk In Interview):

In this position, the candidate should have Knowledge / Min Experience in International Voice Process Department. Also should have educational qualifications as per requirement. As well as Candidate should meet the company’s Expectations

Description:

Responsible for handling customers calls in order to resolve bank related queries.

With excellent customer service skills, you will provide a professional standard level of support.

Required skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.

Perks:

Cab facility is Available (Home pickup & Drop)

5 Days working (Mon – Fri)

Designation: Banking Customer Support

Process: Inbound Calling. * No sales or upselling or cross selling. *

Experience: Fresher or 6 months and above in relevant field (with proper documents)

Qualification: Any Graduate

Shift Timing: Rotational Shift

Mode of interview: Walk-in
