Designation: PROJECT PLANNING CONTROL ENGINEER
- Engineering degree in relevant field and have experience of working as a Project Planner in EPC Company or similar.
- Minimum 3 to 5 Years in experience in project planning for EPC Projects.
- Project planning in Primavera of HV/EHV substation project.
- Thorough understanding of logical sequencing and interfacing of project execution activities in EPC projects.
- Experience in HVDC project will have added benefit.
- Experience in planning and/or cost control on lump sum projects or equivalent and ability to lead / Support planning and project controls activities in multi-location EPC projects
- Experience to plan activities and to monitor execution schedules and physical progress in all project phases.
- Strong communication skills, ability to highlight key issues and to communicate them to management and other stakeholders.
- You see yourself as a team player, with team management and leadership skills.
- Be a major contributor to the development of the Project Baseline (scope of work, cost and schedule) and has the leading role at project launching stage, and on an ongoing basis, for the setting up of tools.
- To timely provide the Project Manager, and the Line Managers with Earned Value Management Analysis, with look ahead, reliable and comprehensive information about the project status: schedule, progress, planned, actual, forecast, resources and productivity, trends, and risks.
- Analyzes project requirements with project team, checks that all essential work activities have been identified in sufficient detail to serve as a basis for developing realistic project schedules.
- Defines, jointly with the project team, project work and cost breakdown structure, develops and maintains properly linked, required resource loaded/integrated, baseline and current schedules that provide time phased baseline, actual and forecast data for project.
- Monitors project progress and regularly analyzes project critical paths to ensure all critical path activities and project milestones are progressed to the plan, notifies project team of any deviations or scheduling issues, and provides input for optimizing resources.
- Issues progress reports, program updates and productivity data on a regular basis and as requested by customers and stakeholders.
- Contributes in Tenders and Project for HVDC Projects.

MECHANICAL DESIGN ENGINEER – CREO
- A Bachelor/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
- 3-4 years of experience in the relevant field.
- Design & engineering of electrical products such as transformers, Insulators, Bushings or Tap changers.
- Exposure to Product data management (PDM)/ Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tool Windchill.
- Be familiar with the design principles, guidelines and applicable standards used within electromechanical design of products like Bushings & Tap changers.
- Hands on experience in 3D Modeling Software tools. Preferred tool : Creo/ProE.
- Demonstrate knowledge in advanced high-end CAD software Creo/ProE.
- Evaluates, selects and applies standard techniques and procedures while preparing manufacturing & assembly drawings.
- Assist in preparing proposal/presentation of engineering projects/programs (provision of bills of materials, estimated engineering hours etc.).
- Effectively interact and coordinate with Product owners, Suppliers & Engineering teams located globally.
- Ensures adherence to safety standards and mitigation of potential risks.
