Job Description :
- Welfare distribution – Uniforms, Shoes, Monthly welfare and other distribution to Department employees on time.
- Fiscal Management – Monitor Departments Revenue budget utilization, Payments Processing, Asset Management, equipment and Service cost.
- Manpower Support – CL manpower control and Supplying Refreshments during project times at different locations inside Factory, Arranging transport during project times for Department employees.
- Office 5S Activities – Meetings arrangements & Team Birthday arrangements, Department Car management.
- Expatriate Support – Business trip management for Expatriates from overseas.
- Training management – Coordinating training sessions with HR for Engineering Department employees.
- IT Equipment mgmt Coordinating with IT Team to bring in IT-related accessories, PC, Phone, IP Address, Network and Device management.
- Support to HR Daily attendance management, Leave days system closing, Non-CTC (Shift Allowance, Holiday wage & overtime), Compensatory Off management and Late & Early office arrival management support to HR for Engineering Department employees.
