Job Description :
Order Management
• Manage orders fulfillments and ensure they are shipped in a timely manner; process ERP transactions.• Internal material handling and management to other teams to facilitate requests related to orders prior to shipping.• Work with customers and the orders team as needed to obtain required order information.• Coordinate sales order priorities with 3rd party warehouse operations.• Reconcile Sales Order issues and review process gaps regularly to improve operations.• Work with Inventory Manager to advise on Supply Chain’s behalf to stakeholders on planned shipments.• Prepare accurate international documentation and shipping labels.
Logistics and Deliveries
Monitor and track shipments for Enlighted and customers.• Resolve delivery issues with shipments – provide required documents and other necessary information.• Process international documents, labels, and bills of ladings as needed for outbound and inbound shipments.
Returns Management•
Work with customers to aid with return shipments for credit or testing.• RMA coordination and remote handling of transfers from warehouse to Ops group for testing.• Coordinate with Support and Order Teams to process returns received at the warehouse and HQ; post all transactions required in the system.
Operations and 3PL Management•
Assist with reconciling inventory discrepancies by performing root cause analysis.• Assist with monitoring the SOP fulfilment process and perform root cause analysis as required.• Assist with data collection for reports for upper management for KPIs, Sales, and Supply Chain as required.
