Job Description :

To Planning and implementing project & resource management strategies aligned with organization standards and legal requirements.
To Ensuring project parameters meet clients’ agreed-upon needs & expectations and are efficient
To Monitor projects on a regular basis by gathering and analyzing project data to identify its weaknesses and resolve any time-related or budgetary snags evaluating progress and quality, and managing issue resolution process to ensure corrective actions are taken.
To Preparing project status reports for management review & communicating the same
Synchronize all project related reports from the start to a formalized project closure.
Have Manage multiple teams and assign work activities, including research, analysis, development, & testing of designs, issue resolutions, status reporting, implementation, documentation etc.
Should Assist and coordinate with the team in discussing project development, estimating activities, costing, benefits, adjusting timing, and reducing financial risk impact.
Should Understand a project’s scope and create & maintain all necessary documents for the project
Should Conduct project meetings to communicate individual roles, project expectations etc.
