Job Description :
- Performs Production Engineering functional activities as directed by the relevant Production engineering leader
- Supports the Production engineering leader in developing all the activities that they are responsible for
- Participates in improvement projects
- Analyzes the technical change documentation
- Provides regular reports to his/her own superior(s)
- Implements new products & technical changes (Change Management)
- Ensure the calculation time in the system (capital H/ Capital XC…)
- Ensure the manufacturing Bill of material creation & modification within the appropriate MRP system e.g. FORCE/SIGIP
- Identifies new material configurations (e.g. terminal wire Combinations, splice combinations, twist combinations etc ) & support the validation activity
- Supports the inventory process
- Time calculation and performs time analysis of production processes based on standard methods
- Design Line Balance and implement in Production
- Perform and drive efficiency improvement activities by applying IE methods
- Evaluates time analysis to detect time bottlenecks, MUDA
