Job Description(Quality Engineer Careers):
In this position, the candidate should have Knowledge / Min Experience in _ Department. Also, they should have educational qualifications as per requirement. As well as Candidate should meet the company’s Expectations.
Skill Set Good Analytical, presentation & communication skills, Well versed with root cause analysis technique- 5 Why & 2H.
Familiar with Risk Analysis techniques – FMEA etc. Can perform Supplier audits. Evaluate supplier based on rejection PPM & Genba audits.
Experience in Manufacturing processes like Press, Weld(Resistance welding & MIG welding), CED, and Paint and moulding Shop.
Know how of Press, Weld, CED & moulding defects – Spot undulation, pinhole, nugget size, Paint Cissing, Air pockets, Dripping, Shrinkage, Warpage.
Can identify the root cause of defects & fix the measures to prevent the re-occurrence.
