Job Description :
- Knowledge in Stamping processes, die structure, Body structure & stamping feasibility concerns for both Cold & Hot stamping.
- Knowledge on Die standard parts & die cost estimation.
- Can able to make & optimise process/operation sequence.
- Knowledge on Automated presses lines [Cross bar, Feed bar] panel layout making.
- Should be able to propose part change proposal to Product design
- Hands on experience in any CAD software [Catia or NX ] with surface modelling capability.
- Hands on experience in T0 trials & can make comparison Simulation Vs Trial -Preferable.
- Hands on experience in any simulation software [Auto form, Pam stamp. Dyna form] and can able to execute simulation & plan Counter measure.
- Attitude to learn & deploy, Quick learning, ability to communicate to different stake holders. Ability to work with deadlines & work without supervision.
- Deliver Process planning & error free outputs as per accepted schedule, with communications between other Process, Product and Production.
- Keep track of all activities in the section and ensure that the leader knows of the blocking points. Ensure process optimization while making the Simultaneous engineering and prove it in the physical phase
- Follow and achieve project guidelines/KPI and Department KPI. Follow Key Milestones and report the progress daily to superior.
- Establish & Maintain good communication with all suppliers & customers in order to execute the given projects
- Keep high motivation and guide new engineers in the team to Skill up continuously in order to deliver the assigned tasks
