Role – Shift Incharge (Melting – Foundry Production)
Job description
Educational Qualification : B.Sc. Chemistry , M.Sc. Chemistry, DME or B.E Mech
Experience : Minimum 5 to 10 Years experience
Preference : Steel Casting Foundries (Valve & Component Manufacturing )
1. Experience in Induction furnace lining & sintering practices, induction furnace panel , crucible, auxiliary equipment’s & furnace cooling system.
2. Experience in Ladle lining and preheating practices (bottom pouring & Lip pouring).
3. Experience in Pouring of castings as per planning, Charge calculation, charge correction & to maintain chemical composition as per specific requirement.
4. Experience in all grade castings in induction melting(carbon steel, stainless steel, duplex steel and nickel alloy – both ASTM and EN standards).
5. Experience in special melting process C12A, CA6NM , 4A, 5A, 6A ,CD4MCuN, CN7M, CK3MCuN, CU5MCuC, CW6MC, CW12MW, M35-1, M30C, etc.,
6. Experience in ladle de-oxidants and pouring practice.
7. Ability on Problem analytical skills in melting, Emergency preparedness & corrective action.
8. Ability on controlling raw material consumption and cost reduction.
9. Ability on controlling and monitoring all measurable parameters (like power, raw material consumption, cost , production and man power utilization).
10. Experience in QMS system.
Salary is not a constraint for the right candidate. Immediate joiners will be welcome.
