To Ensuring quick response time and containment of NC product
To Interface and escalation point for operational issues with factories, projects and service site• Leading RCA, establishing effective correction and prevention and run 8Ds / CAPA’s• Monitoring effectiveness of containment• Supporting Claim Management with NCC validation
