Roles and Responsibilities
- Project manager to co-ordinate with plant team, Engg team and quality team to deliver as per plan. time delivery of facilities for productionizing new products in the plants located 3 plants in India and 1 overseas plant.
- Conceptualization of assembly machines, layout with electro mechanical elements like servo, LVDT, Non-contact sensors, integration of PLCs, pneumatics, hydraulics and internal logistics systems .
- Expert to manage new product processes design , industrial Engg, plant layout, process layout, capacity planning and change management in PLM
- Lead the team for achieving departmental and divisional KRAs with systematic project progress update , review and escalate timely for support required to meet on time delivery of projects.
- Good knowledge in PLM with 3D product and parts knowledge.
- Able to drive and mentor team for assembly process sequence, equipment, fixture, storage, kitting and feeding facilities.
- Knowledge in MSA, GD&T, drawing study for Assy process.
- Knowledge in manufacturing systems engineering, PFMEA, DFA, Six Sigma, SPC, Poka Yoke and Lean manufacturing systems.
