Job Description(TATA Autocomp Careers 2023):
In this position, the candidate should have Knowledge / Min Experience in _ Department. Also should have educational qualifications as per requirement. As well as Candidate should meet the company’s Expectations.
Roles and Responsibilities:
– Interaction with customers to understand their needs and provide product design proposals with OTD & FTR of 100%
-Managing the design activities with design team (viz design checking, CAE, Design Reviews, DFMEA, DVPR, Drawing releases)
– Interactions with the customers/suppliers/manufacturing / QA to speed up developmental activities as a proactive action.
– Work for Continuous development for product improvements by a reduction in warranty / cost reduction proposals
-Managing customer relationships by understanding customer needs.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
– Thorough knowledge of GD&T, DFMEA, design standards-
– Experience in designing and developing radiators, Charge air coolers, condensers.
