Job Description :
- Quality Head for the plant
- Develop and implement Quality system across the plant
- End to End Quality management – Supplier, Process and customer
Responsibilities:
- Should have worked in Automotive industry (preferably OEM or Tier 1 industry)
- Should have handled customers like Renault Nissan, Hyundai, Kia,BMW, Daimler,etc
- Develop and implement ‘Quality management system’ for the plant
- Good exposure in Quality systems – IATF 16949, TQM, APQP, PPAP, MSA, etc
- Application of Problem solving tools – 8D, 6 sigma, DOE, QCC, QIT
- End to end quality management – Supplier quality, process quality and Customer management
- Train and develop the team to enhance ‘Quality standards’ across the organization
- Good Exposure in SAP QM module
- Lean concepts implementation
Required Skills
- Good Communication Skill
- Good Knowledge in PPT
- Good Interpersonal Skill
- Good Presentation Skill
