Job Description :      

1. Quality Head for the plant
2. Develop and implement Quality system across the plant
3. End to End Quality management – Supplier, Process and customer

Responsibilities:

1. Should have worked in Automotive industry (preferably OEM or Tier 1 industry)
2. Should have handled customers like Renault Nissan, Hyundai, Kia,BMW, Daimler,etc
3. Develop and implement ‘Quality management system’ for the plant
4. Good exposure in Quality systems – IATF 16949, TQM, APQP, PPAP, MSA, etc
5. Application of Problem solving tools – 8D, 6 sigma, DOE, QCC, QIT
6. End to end quality management – Supplier quality, process quality and Customer management
7. Train and develop the team to enhance ‘Quality standards’ across the organization
8. Good Exposure in SAP QM module
9. Lean concepts implementation

Required Skills

1. Good Communication Skill
2. Good Knowledge in PPT
3. Good Interpersonal Skill
4. Good Presentation Skill
