Designation:
LMS Analyst
- Class creation: Based on the training calendar create sessions in the LMS, add needed resources and evaluation. Share the registration link to the SPOC / L&D coordinators.
- Roster update: Post completion of training, skill team SPOC / L&D coordinators shares the attendance sheet. LMS analyst to mark the attendance in the respective class in the LMS system.
- Reports: Post training, download completion, evaluation and adhoc reports.
- Support in L&D related communication.
- Hourly employees training and feedback maintenance.

CAE Engineer
1.Knowledge of full vehicle system model , Trimbody , Propulsion and Chassis subsystem models, Suspension,Steering (parts, functionalities, connections details etc)
2.Knowledge on connection & their representations (bush rates, joints etc)
3.Perform modal analysis using Nastran/Optistruct (Sol103,Sol111)
4.Knowledge of mechanism modes of each joints within the assembly
5.Able to debug the model and generate runnable models
7.Responsible for verbal and written communications with the customer

D&R Engineer- Body exterior/Interior
Job Description & Qualification
- Coordinating the design and development of body Exterior/ interior Genuine Ford Accessories,
e.g. Spoiler, Bumper Grille, Sports bar, Snorkel, Hoop steps, Spray in bed liner, Tonneau cover, Cargo Barrier, net, mat and trunk tray etc.,
- Create and design new accessory parts to meet all engineering requirements/ timing and complete the release including WERS & drawing
- Modify existing PD design to meet new marketing assumption raised by IMG individual marketing & planning team
- Execute design in CAD with supplier or CAD team
- Take responsibility of part development through validation and launch including problem solving for engineering issues
- Proactive improvement for design cost, quality and functions of responsible accessories in production
- Lead and participate in cross functional decision-making team
- Participate build event in different plant for different programs
- Consult with core PD to clarify engineering constraints & requirements for VP new accessory design
- Work with Planning/PMT and PM to ensure all deliverables can meet each milestone on time
