1. Design Engineer
Job Description
Experience: 2 Years
- Preparation of Plant Layout, SLD and Design Basis report.
- Preparation of BOQ and BOQ optimization for both preliminary & detailed engineering
- Generation analysis, shading analysis & project design using PVSYST software.
- Preparation of budgetary proposals and tendering jobs
- Preparation of technical specifications as per IS/IEC Standards and vendor review for BOS Components based on project requirements.
- Achieving target generation & PR with optimal design as per commitment
- Submission of design document and drawings to client for approval
- Preparing Document Control Index(DCI) for Document Tracking
- Coordination with Site Team and Client to meet the requirements of design and drawings
- Interaction with the Site for Clarification on drawing
2. Sr. Engineer / Executive – Product Design Engineer
Experience – Min 3 Years
JOB DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To Design and Develop Systems, Sub-Systems and new features for Construction Equipment
- Participate in Product Development activities along with LTCEL.
- Participate in Product Testing activities at LTCEL.
- Cost Reduction activities through Value Engineering. Workout Countermeasures for field issues
Areas of Exposure / Work Background:
- Design and development of Mechanical Engineering systems including Linkages, Kinematics, Structures and Hydraulic Systems of mobile equipment. Selection of prime mover, drive train and Hydraulic Systems for mobile equipment
- Knowledge of CAD, Project Management, Failure Analysis/countermeasures, DFMEA, DFM & other design tools. Experience in FEA of structures and heat flow will be an added advantage.
Project Engineer – Mechanical
ROLE DESCRIPTION / PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead team of Piping leads for Project / Proposal
- Responsible for discipline-related Prebid Engineering and managing the respective post-award detailed engineering, deliverables and battery limit interface management.
- Identify and Piping Engineering Deliverable and review to ensure completeness and compliance to schedule and report progress on Engineering deliverables.
- Participate/Support detailed Engineering and perform checks of Piping engineering drawings and calculations of upstream piping for oil and gas production.
- Preparation of Equipment Layouts, MTO for Piping Bulk and Piping Specialty, Tender for Piping Fabrication and installation, Insulation and allied mechanical works.
- Ensure compatibility of the design with other engineering disciplines and ensure that the piping system design meets the requirements of the client/ operability and regulatory organizations, etc.
