Job Description(Walk-In-Interview @ Wipro company ):
In this position, the candidate should have Knowledge / Min Experience in the US Mortage Department. Also, they should have educational qualifications as per requirement. As well as Candidate should meet the company’s Expectations.
Please note experience in other mortgage functions cannot be substituted for the original requirements.
Experience (Origination/Pre-UW):
- Processor – 0 to 3 years
- Sr Processor – 4 to 6 years
Job description:
- Should have deep knowledge in loan underwriting/ Pre UW /Origination
- Compute income and debt ratio calculations following program guidelines and ability to repay requirements
- Expertise in compliance, TRID guidelines (fees)
- Perform mortgage credit analysis without the assistance of AUS
- Maintain production goals & standards in accordance with established SLAs and metrics.
- Work from Office
- Night shift
- Work location Chennai Sholinganallur
- Transportation: 1 way Cab
- A week off 2 days rotational off
- Notice Period – Immediate Joiners (Preferable) to 1 Month
- Vaccination 2 Dose & Graduation is mandatory with Provisional and Degree certificate is a must.
Walk in Date- 26th & 27th September 2023 (Tuesday & Wednesday)
Walk-in Timing-10.30 am to 1.30 pm.
