Job Description(Warehouse Executive):
In this position, the candidate should have Knowledge / minimal experience in the Warehouse Department. Also, they should have educational qualifications as per requirement. As well as Candidate should meet the company’s Expectations.
- Managing and overseeing teams in shifts taking care of receiving, handling, GRN processing, put away, picking, line issuance, scrap movement, return of rejected materials to vendors and parts issuance for subcontracted assembly parts, proto/ trial requirements and aftermarket requirements.
- Train and manage the warehouse support team members to solve day-to-day operational issues.
- Aligning operational team members in achieving Warehouse Management Key Performance Indicators [KPIs]
- Root Cause Analysis for deviation in KPIs.
- Keep a tab on daily operational activities aligned to KPIs.
- Maintaining necessary Management Information Systems [MIS] for better visibility.
