Job Description :
- Understanding and handling of quality problems, concessions, and non-conformity requests
- Perform and contribute to Root Cause Analyses (i.e. RCAs)
- Perform structural analysis to evaluate possible root causes on components
- Provide inputs for Test and Verification activities
- Evaluate results, propose, and implement corrective actions accordingly
- Update design guidelines and Design Failure Mode Analyses based on findings
- Quickly pick up on the array of software tools and processes we currently use in our workflow
- Have a good understanding of CAD modelling to make small modifications to existing CAD models
- Efficiently communicate with CAD designers & quickly deep dive into existing quality issues
- Are committed to advancing the state-of-the art in Wind Turbine simulation technology
- Like to work with complex engineering problems and have a creative approach to new role
- Have good communication skills and are fluent in English (speaking and writing)
- Black belt/green belt and Agile development methodologies and tools (Scrum),
- Proficient in statistical toolboxes (e.g. Python, MATLAB, Minitab)
