This drive is to hire Software Developers and Quality Analyst. Candidates who are passionate about programming can participate.We do not have any criteria.
Date: 7th and 8th May, 2022
Venue: K.L.N. College of Engineering, Madurai.

Interview process:
L1- Aptitude round
L2- Programming round
L3- Advanced programming and problem-solving skills round
L4 – Technical interview
L5- HR interview
This Interview Process will happen for 2 days.
Software Developer Job Description:
Design and develop high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems, delivering high availability and performance.
Contribute to all phases of the product development lifecycle.
Write well-designed, testable, and efficient code.
Ensure designs comply with specifications.
Prepare and produce releases of software components.
Quality Analyst Job Description:
Create, maintain, and execute test plans and test cases.
Ability to debug application/script issues by reviewing logs/errors.
Enhance and extend the automation library and framework.
Test Engineering issue analysis (root cause analysis).
Salary packages offered will be 5.6 LPA or 7 LPA or 8.4 LPA based on their performance in the interview process.
Job Location: Chennai/Madurai/Coimbatore/Salem
Please find below our process in detail.
Day – 1 – 09:00 AM
*Level 1 – Written test for 2 hours, test will be based on Programming and Aptitude. The test would commence at 09:00 AM.
We’ll evaluate and will let you know the shortlisted students from the First Level test.
The shortlisted students will appear for a Second Level Programming test on the machine (system) on the same day (post lunch) by 02:00 PM.
Day – 1 – 02:00 PM
*Level 2 – Programming test on the Machine (system), we’ll start the programming test at 02:00 pm and it will go till the evening.
The shortlisted students from the Second Level will appear for a third level Programming test on the machine (system) on the following day.
System requirements for the programming test – Windows(OS) and JDK, Eclipse/Netbeans, Turbo C, Dev C++ installed in all the system/Laptop.
Day – 2 -09:00 AM
*Level 3 – Programming test on the machine (system), we’ll start the programming test @ 09:00 AM and it will go till the afternoon.
The shortlisted students from the Third Level will appear for the Technical interviews on the same day (Post-lunch). Simultaneously we will have HR Interview on the same day and close the process.
