E. Functional Skills requirements:
1. Performing ‘Feasibility Study” for Green Building
2. Assisting in Preparation of budget estimate for Green building Scope
3. Assisting in Preparation of the Green Building Design concepts/proposal
4. Assisting in Preparation of Green Building Project schedule
5. Preparing Green design recommendations for Architecture, Civil, HVAC, Electrical, PHE, Fire, and Control Systems
6. Preparing list of deliverables, drawings, photos, submittals required from project team
7. Preparing list of manufacturers for Green Compliant products and materials
8. Providing inputs for Daylight & Artificial Lighting Simulations
9. Assisting Client in implementing Green Measures
10. Visiting the Project Site to review on Green Implementation Measures
11. Facilitating and Collect necessary documents from Client/Project Site Team
12. Preparing inputs and performing Energy Modelling & Daylighting Simulations
