Job Description :
- Source Identification and selection
- Review with vendors for development schedule and follow up as per the time schedule
- Finalizing Part Price for new projects & new parts
- Negotiation of price with vendors to meet the annual cost reduction target
- Engineering order change (EO) implementation and management
- Analysing and enhancement of capacity for vendors
- Coordinate with Vendor & other teams like QC, PMT for various activities like 4M change, ISIR, Shortage etc.
- Localization & Globalization of the parts
- Ensuring Manufacturing & Engineering process with vendors as per HMI/HMC standard during all stages Proto ~ SOP
- Crisis Management during supply issue at Vendor (Eg: IR Issue, Flood Issue, etc.)
