Job Description :
1) Preparation of Datasheet specification of mechanical equipment & Piping components for RFQ
2) Preparation of RFQ, vendor offers, and technical comparison with a recommendation to the Procurement team for mechanical equipment. & Piping components
3) Preparation of Plant layout with various utilities
4) Design of GA drawing & Piping layout for Equipment building for STP, WTP, ETP
5) Overall Piping & utilities layout for STP, WTP, ETP
6) Designing the piping system of GRP. Ductile Iron, HDPE, uPVC, Stainless steel & Carbon steel material for above-ground or buried installation.
7) Stress analysis of critical lines using CAESAR II
8) Preparation of load schedule for a Pipe support system for above-ground pipes based on CAESAR loads
9) Hydraulic analysis for cross-county pipelines and in-plant pipelines
10) Design of Cross-country pipelines based on international standards e.g. AWWA M11 etc.
