Job Description :
- Product manufacture
Make sure the department’s goals are met and keep an eye on the cost, quality, and timeliness of the products according to the production/delivery plan.
Make sure that all production, filling, and packing lines work well and can deliver products that meet the standards that have been set.
Plan and coordinate all maintenance tasks, including regular, periodic, and CIP/shutdown tasks.
Set up and follow a maintenance strategy and schedule that is supported by all functions. This will make sure that lines and plants (production and infrastructure) are always available so that assets and resources are used as efficiently as possible.
- Compliance
Make sure that products and processes follow Nestlé’s policies, standards, and the law.
Make sure the workplace is safe and that everyone on the team knows about Safety, Health, and the Environment.
Do inspections, audits, and investigations of incidents to find and fix problems.
Make sure that good and clean engineering practises are always used. - Maintenance integration
Coach/train the technicians and operators, along with related parties, in preventive/routine maintenance tasks and how to run the machinery. - Data management / Systems
Use the systems and tools available to measure, analyse, and improve line performance (AMM etc.)
Using available systems and tools, you can measure, analyse, and control the budget for maintenance and improvement (M&I) and the stock of spare parts.
