1.He/She should have good knowledge in ANSYS workbench/Space claim/Design Modeler. (Able to work Independently+ Advantage to know Creo software).
2. Developing analysis methodology based on physics of the problem.
3. Good understanding on Static structural Linear/Nonlinear, Modal/Vibration analysis & Fatigue.
4. Good knowledge of Finite element analysis & selection of element types/contact creation/Weld/Bolt modeling.
5. Stress test vs FEA Model Correlation & Countermeasure suggestions.
6. Experience of 3-5 years in FEA
