• Able to understand production/machining drawings and look over them.
• It’s your job to make sure you follow quality standards/QAP and meet production goals.
• Be able to lead a group of workers and get the work done by the deadline.
• Know how to weld and understand the different types of materials.
• Know how to plan for production.
• They should have worked in the field of fabrication before, making things like pressure vessels, heat exchangers, and other process equipment.
• Should be quick to learn and work well with others.
