Tata Steel UISL is looking for young and bright diploma holders in Electrical/Civil/Mechanical to join
as Junior Engineer Trainee. Selected candidates will undergo twelve months training before final
placement. On selection, candidates will be placed in challenging assignments in different areas of
operations and maintenance.
Educational Qualifications: 03 years full time Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Civil/Mechanical) from an Institution that is recognized by AlCTE.
Minimum 70% marks (aggregate) of all semesters in Diploma and| minimum 60% marks (aggregate) in Matriculation or equivalent examSelection Process – Eligible candidates will have to appear for Written test which will consist of questions on the following: Syllabus of Diploma program of respective branch, Mathematics (Up to Matriculation level), GK & English (All questions would be multiple choice). Those who quality in the written test will be interviewed by a duly constituted selection committee.

Job Description :
DURATION OF TRAINING : 12(Twelve) Months
The candidates undergoing training will be paid stipend during their training period.
SELECTION PROCESS AND PLACEMENT :
Eligible candidates will have to appear for Written test which will consist of questions on the following:

- Customer Complaint Analysis and problem solving using 7 QC tools.
- Line return analysis, Reducing the line return.
- Maintaining records and quantifiers for ISO.
- Maintaining quality records in SAP.
C. Plant or Corp Technical / Supervisor(BSc [Chemistry, Physics], MSc [Chemistry])
- Testing of Raw Materials, Chemicals and products.
- Handling of new products development on the shop floor.
- Handling equipment’s like micro scope, image analyser, hardness tester.
- Product Design, Design Intend, Component Design.
