Job Description :
- Learn and follow full software development life cycle (SDLC)
- Develop flowcharts, layouts and documentation to identify requirements and
solutions - Write well-designed, testable code
- Integrate software components into a fully functional software system
- Document and maintain software functionality.
- Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing systems.
Training Schedule and Selection Process:
- Programmers.io will be arranging 6 months online Training program for final year
students. Students can explore the new IBMi world during this training and learn
one programming language. We will arrange online classes for interested
students. Separate Doubt sessions will also be arranged where all assignments
will be discussed. - After this training students will be given a small Industry project of 1-month
duration. Once done then they will be invited for a short demo (online) where
they can represent the design and actual project. - Once this is done, we will conduct one final technical interview based on which
students will be offered Jobs with us. - There are No charges for this training program.
Joining Process:
➢ After completion of the above selection process candidates will Join
Programmers.io in the Software Engineer trainee role.
➢ As the company spends a lot of resources on the training programs so the
candidate will be required to serve at least 24 months in Billable Projects after the
successful completion of the training program.
➢ The candidate needs to submit the original mark sheet (10 or 12) during the
training program only as we will be sending company Laptop and other assets to
their home.
➢ Candidates Can’t leave the organization during Training period.
