1. Experience in procurement,vendor development in a medium or large Engineering organizations in the field of Defence Aerospace or Automotive industries.
2.Good in Negotiations and Time Management
3.Frequent Visit to Suppliers to verify the physical status of the components and development of projects
4.PO Creation for the Vendors in Bangalore
5.Monitoring the Plan Vs Actuals & improving where ever there is lapse
6.Discussion with vendors for the Quality issues faced frequently and reducing repeated issues thereby improving quality level of suppliers
7.Knowledge of Quality standards & processes followed in the industries
8.Sound knowledge of ERP systems
9.Expertise in MS Office
10.Good Communication skill. Ability to speak Hindi/Kannada will be an added advantage
