- Strong Knowledge in GD&T.
- Responsible for Supplier PPAP handling,suppliers Claims & 8D handling.
- Responsible for Supplier Audits – Technical & Process.
- Responsible for Cost of poor-Quality handling towards Suppliers.
- Monitoring Supplier Performance & Development.
- Responsible for New product development – quality.
- Responsible for Projects – New sourcing & Localization.
- Ensuring supplier parts quality & Global Suppliers handling.
- Preparation of Quality Planning – Part Development.
- Identify and communicate SPPAP requirements based on the risk assessment and be a part in supplier related projects.
